It is designed to help tax and accounting practitioners and corporate tax professionals more easily find and purchase the products they need, access news and insightful articles, join online communities of their peers, and more.

The Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters has launched an enhanced online marketplace at Tax.ThomsonReuters.com/Store. It is designed to help tax and accounting practitioners and corporate tax professionals more easily find and purchase the products they need, access news and insightful articles, join online communities of their peers, and more.
The site brings together eCommerce functionality and information from the Thomson Reuters Checkpoint family of brands: PPC, Quickfinder, RIA, WG&L, and others. “When tax and accounting professionals need an authoritative, comprehensive source, they turn to Checkpoint,” said Steve Mendelsohn, managing director, Knowledge Solutions, Thomson Reuters. “This online marketplace is another example of our commitment to equip customers with the content and tools they need to work efficiently and make informed business decisions.”
Highlights of the site are:
- eCommerce – a comprehensive, streamlined shopping experience featuring more than 1,000 handbooks, guides, eBooks, treatises, online libraries, and journals. Users can search by practice area, brand, organization type, and media format, then read customer reviews and recommendations and provide their own feedback. - Mobile apps – the new, popular Checkpoint Pocket Assistant app is available, with more apps to be added. Checkpoint Pocket Assistant serves as a hub for additional apps: 2013 Tax Rate Guide, COLA Profit-Sharing Plans, Like Kind Exchange Calculator, Minimum Required Gain Calculator, and Individual Shared Responsibility Calculator.
