The popular website hosting company Go Daddy has acquired Outright, a Mountain View, Calif.-based company that offers cloud-based financial management programs for small businesses.
“This is a great fit for our customer base,” said Go Daddy CEO Warren Adelman, adding that the the Outright.com applications make managing small business bookkeeping processes simple for owners.
Outright’s co-founder Ben Curren and CEO Steven Aldrich will stay with the company, with Aldrich taking a position as senior vice president of applications for Go Daddy. Other Outright staff are also expected to remain.
