Drake Software (www.drakesoftware.com) offers an “all-in-one” tax preparation suite that includes compliance for individual, fiduciary, partnership, S & C corporations, large estates and exempt organizations. For 2003 filing, the company has added forms 1099 Misc/A/C and RRB, as well as new features that include the following:
A time-based billing function
Option to e-mail client returns
Ability to calculate, view and print multiple business returns simultaneously
Capability for form 4562 to work in conjunction with 8829
Added data conversion from additional competing vendors
e-filing for forms 1065, 1120 and 1120s
