What’s the one piece of technology that MOST helps you get through
your normal workday?

“Mozilla Firefox — if I can access Google and Web mail, I can do
everything else there.”

What will be the biggest change over the next five years in the ways
tax and accounting firms operate?

“Successful tax and accounting firms will be centered around a trusted
advisor relationship with clients. A firm’s operations, client communication
and the technology they invest in will also be centered around this relationship,
much of which will initiate from consistent translation and deciphering of
the numbers.”

What Scott’s peers had to say about him:
Scott continues to exemplify above-and-beyond dedication to customers. He is
a tremendous professional who also has a true passion for helping others, which
shines through his actions on a daily basis, ranging from helping ProfitCents
subscribers to maximize the benefit obtained to providing detailed, in-depth
information and resources to accounting firms that are considering using ProfitCents
as a resource to improve their practice. All accountants as well as other people
who have had the opportunity to meet Scott will agree on one point: Scott truly
cares about and enjoys helping others.
