CPASoftware (www.CPASoftware.com), which publishes the Visual Tax line of preparation software, has developed an interface between its 990 compliance product and MIP, the non-profit accounting program from Best Software, as well as interfaces between all of their tax products and Best’s FAS fixed asset management suite. Joe Partridge, Quality Assurance/Design Manager, said the company has also integrated additional links to the CPASoftware Visual Practice Management database, allowing users licensed for CPASoftware’s VPM and any Visual Tax product to generate the tax preparation invoice from within any of the tax packages. The company has also included the following:
A new tax planning product that interfaces with Visual 1040 Tax
A 706 Estate Tax return package
Automatic online software updates
e-Filing for all states
The ability to e-mail client organizers
