You Speak. CCH Will Listen
CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business, is launching a listening tour to give its customers an opportunity to talk with CCH executives and let the company know exactly what tools and resources their firms need to be successful.
Tax and accounting professionals from CPA firms across the country will soon have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with Mike Sabbatis, President and CEO of CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business.
The provider of tax, accounting and audit information, software and services is launching a listening tour to give its customers an opportunity to talk with CCH executives and let the company know exactly what tools and resources their firms need to be successful. The first leg of the CCH Listening Tour will kick off on Tuesday, June 26 in Towson, Maryland at the offices of the Maryland Association CPAs.
“To understand fully the impact of industry trends and the challenges and opportunities professionals face, you have to talk directly to those people who are on the front lines of firms - day in and day out,” Sabbatis said. “For me, a great way to understand what our customers need is to simply sit down and discuss one-on-one what’s important to them.”
Approximately 20 professionals from tax and accounting firms, Sabbatis, CCH Vice President and General Manager of Accounting Sam High, CCH Executive Vice President and General Manager of Tax Teresa Mackintosh and CCH Vice President of Business Intelligence and Strategy Christian Wolfe will participate in the first session. Tom Hood, CPA.CITP.CGMA, and MACPA CEO, will facilitate the session. The forum is scheduled for four hours and will cover topics such as small firms’ biggest issues, technology advancements, changes in the CPA profession and how CCH solutions can better help firms.
Forums are also being scheduled for Chicago and California later this year and CCH is looking for firms of all sizes to participate.
“While the trends that impact firms may be the same overall, how a firm manages to a trend, overcomes it, and even capitalizes on it will be different,” said Sabbatis. “It’s important to hear from small to large firms about the special needs within their firms.”
The CCH Listening Tour is the latest in a list of customer feedback initiatives, including customer advisory boards and innovation labs, surveys and the CCH Connections User Conference.
