The Wayne, PA-based accounting firm closed out 2025 by announcing it has merged in CL Rotz and Associates, an accounting firm based in Oreland, PA, effective Dec. 15.

Stephano Slack Merges with Boyer & Boyer CPA and Kimmel, Lorah & Associates

The Wayne, PA-based accounting firm completed two merger deals within the past month—one with Wilmington, DE-based firm Boyer & Boyer CPA and most recently with CPA firm Kimmel, Lorah & Associates (KLA) in Audubon, PA.
