Small Business Confidence Almost at Record Low as 2025 Holiday Season Looms
Main Street business owner confidence ticked up three-tenths of a point since last spring, but the data reflects the second-lowest average rating over the course of seven biannual surveys, according to the fall 2025 report from Main Street America.
