Stephen Hochberg, 78, of Marlborough, MA, was ordered to pay nearly $3 million in restitution after he defrauded the IRS and avoided paying restitution to victims of his previous fraud schemes.

Taxes August 25, 2025 

Kim Brown, 40, of Augusta, GA, pleaded guilty to two counts of aiding and assisting in the preparation and filing of false income tax returns, according to the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Georgia.
