Los Angeles Rapper Arrested in $8.1 Million Stolen Tax Refund Check Scheme
Ada William Obayuwana of Quartz Hill, CA, who goes by "ColdheartedAC" and "AC," was arrested on Wednesday and charged in connection with a multimillion-dollar check-cashing scheme, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
