The Vertex SuiteTax Connector SuiteApp has achieved “Built for NetSuite” status, the company has announced. The new SuiteApp, built using the Oracle NetSuite SuiteCloud Platform, enables SuiteTax customers to easily manage complex tax requirements for sales and procurement transactions.
Built for NetSuite is a program for NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Network (SDN) partners that provides them with the information, resources and methodology required to verify that their applications and integrations meet NetSuite standards and best practices. The Built for NetSuite program is designed to give NetSuite customers additional confidence that SuiteApps have been built to meet these standards.
“Transaction tax regulations are not only nuanced, but also vary across jurisdictions. Ensuring compliance with these regulations can put an enormous burden on businesses,” said Paul Beirnes, managing director of partner development, Vertex. “Our SuiteApp makes it easier for our customers to navigate the tax process by centralizing all the rates and rules to ensure accuracy and streamline compliance.”
The SuiteTax Connector SuiteApp enables customers to streamline sales and consumer use tax calculations and reporting, while also accommodating flexfields with the capability to configure code segment based on specific business needs and real-time invoice posting.
