Two top 15 accounting firms have struck a deal.
New York City-based EisnerAmper announced Wednesday that it will be adding the Sage Intacct consulting practice from Chicago-based RSM US in a deal expected to close in early 2027.
Financial terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed. The Sage Intacct practice’s 35-plus professionals will join EisnerAmper’s Technology Solutions practice once the deal is finalized.
The move also expands the strategic partnership EisnerAmper already has with Sage Intacct.

RSM’s Sage Intacct consulting team provides such services as implementation, ongoing optimization, customized workflows, and interactive reporting. The team serves nonprofit, real estate, healthcare, financial services, professional services, and other sectors.

Joining EisnerAmper’s Technology Solutions practice will allow the Sage Intacct team “to continue to grow, scale, and deliver exceptional client experiences,” John Szuberia, principal and leader of the Sage Intacct practice at RSM, said in a statement.
