GruntWorx and FileForms have announced the completion of a new partnership integration designed to make entity compliance services more accessible to tax and accounting professionals directly through the GruntWorx customer experience.
The partnership connects two complementary solutions serving professional firms. GruntWorx provides tax preparation automation that helps tax professionals reduce manual work and improve efficiency, while FileForms provides compliance automation designed for professionals who manage entities on behalf of clients. Through the new integration, GruntWorx customers can access FileForms directly from the Integrations section of the GruntWorx dashboard.
FileForms helps professionals manage entity compliance requirements across all 50 states, including Corporation Annual Reports, LLC Annual Reports, and Foreign Qualifications, helping firms keep the entities they manage in good standing while reducing the administrative burden associated with state filing requirements.
