KLR Merges with Pavento, Ratcliffe, Renzi & Co. in Massachusetts

Top 100 accounting firm Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co. has merged in Pavento, Ratcliffe, Renzi & Co., an accounting and advisory firm in Franklin, MA.

Top 100 accounting firm Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co. has merged in Pavento, Ratcliffe, Renzi & Co., an accounting and advisory firm in Franklin, MA.

Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

This is KLR’s second M&A deal in 2026. In May, the Providence, RI-based firm added Restaurant Accounting Solutions in Yarmouth, MA

Founded in 2000, Pavento, Ratcliffe, Renzi & Co. provides specialized tax and accounting services, among others.
