Rockland, MA-based BA Inc. (formerly known as Burke & Associates CPAs) has joined Platform Accounting Group as Shoreline Advisors, marking Platform’s entry into the Bay State.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
This is Salt Lake City-based Platform’s third M&A deal in 2026. The firm has also added Smeriglio Associates (now known as Green Coast Advisors) in Connecticut and Accounting Specialists (now known as ASG Advisor Group) in Florida this year.

Shoreline’s team of five partners and more than 20 team members has worked alongside small and medium-sized businesses in architecture, design, real estate, technology, and other professional service industries for nearly 20 years.
The firm provides client accounting and advisory services, tax planning and preparation, payroll services, business advisory, and comprehensive financial planning.
