Top 100 accounting firm Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co. (KLR) has joined forces with Restaurant Accounting Solutions, a Yarmouth, MA-based company that provides weekly outsourced restaurant bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, and payroll services to the restaurant industry.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
This is KLR’s first M&A deal in 2026. Last year, the Providence, RI-based firm combined with Sullivan Bille PC, an accounting and advisory firm in Andover, MA.

Founded in 1989, Restaurant Accounting Solutions’ multi-level service team—comprised of day-to-day bookkeepers, controllers, and CFO-level expertise—gives restaurant owners access to top systems and customized reporting without the overhead of a full in-house accounting department.
