Career Highlights
Over the past year, I have led and scaled Aprio’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, supporting hundreds of middle- and lower-middle-market M&A transactions annually. I focused on strengthening the operating model by expanding leadership capacity, improving execution consistency, and implementing scalable processes that enable the team to deliver high-quality outcomes for private equity and strategic clients. I also worked to deepen long-term relationships with private equity sponsors by positioning Aprio as a trusted partner across both funds and portfolio companies, rather than solely on a transaction-by-transaction basis. I led practice-wide initiatives to standardize diligence playbooks, enhance data-driven insights, and adopt AI-enabled tools that improve efficiency, knowledge sharing, and decision support across the team.
Outreach Beyond the Firm
Outside of Aprio, I serve as Treasurer of the Southern Capital Forum, supporting financial governance and engagement within the private equity and M&A community. I am also a Board Member and Treasurer of Rebecca’s Tent, an Atlanta-based nonprofit providing shelter and supportive services to women experiencing homelessness, and a Board Member of Special Olympics Georgia, supporting governance and financial oversight for an organization serving individuals with intellectual disabilities statewide. Through these roles, I apply my professional experience to help strengthen mission-driven organizations in my local community and support their long-term sustainability.
