A career public accountant, I spent my first 12 years as a tax preparer, before launching a CAS practice and acquiring a firm.
Since then I’ve keynoted over 40 conference around the world, developed the most-watched AI training content globally, run a podcast listened to by 1,500 firm owners every day, and built one of the world’s largest accounting alliances, Realize.
It’s probably safe to say I’ve spoken with more firm owners in the last two years than anyone else. I share the best of what I’m seeing from real firms, so you can discover what’s working, and equally important, what isn’t.
