Our firm earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list for 2 years in a row as one of the fastest-growing companies in America, driven by our focus on proactive tax strategy rather than compliance. We refined and expanded our flagship “Tax Advisory Service”, helping high-income business owners unlock significant tax efficiencies through advanced planning strategies. Additionally, I have invested heavily in content and education, building a strong digital presence that consistently attracts and converts ideal clients. Internally, we strengthened our team structure, improved systems, and enhanced client delivery to support continued rapid growth while maintaining a high level of service.
What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community or the world?
I am passionate about changing how business owners think about taxes by shifting the focus from filing to strategy. Through YouTube content, webinars, and educational resources, I consistently share actionable tax insights with a broader audience beyond my client base.
I also mentor and coach accounting professionals on how to grow and scale their firms as one of the head coaches at Instead. My goal is to raise the standard in the accounting profession by promoting proactive planning, transparency, and measurable value, while helping both entrepreneurs and accountants build more profitable and impactful businesses.
