Over the past year, I’ve focused on growing Better Everyday into a community where accounting firm owners can rethink what’s possible—for their businesses and their lives. Through meaningful events and retreats, we bring leaders together to tackle real challenges like staffing, capacity, and growth, while also creating space to step back and gain clarity. My work is centered on helping firms operate with intention, build stronger businesses, and ultimately create a firm that supports the life they truly want to live.
What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community or the world?
I’m committed to elevating the accounting profession by bringing leaders together who want more for their firms, their teams, and their lives. We create environments where firm owners can connect openly, challenge the status quo, and build businesses that truly support the life they want to live. My goal is to inspire a shift in the profession away from burnout and toward intention, community, and sustainable success so no one has to figure it out alone.
