Top 15 accounting firm EisnerAmper has added MLCworks, a digital marketing and growth advisory firm based in Metairie, LA, in a deal that closed in early January.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
This is the New York City-based firm’s first M&A transaction of 2026. EisnerAmper’s last deal was in October 2025 when it added Fernway Solutions, a fast-growing accounting and advisory firm known for its cross-border expertise and entrepreneurial approach.

Founded in 2013, MLCworks provides strategic planning, brand development, media strategy, digital advertising, sales enablement, custom website design and development, search engine optimization, and online reputation management.
Areas of deep industry experience include health care, legal, retail, home improvement, nonprofit, and other sectors, according to a Jan. 13 media release.

Private equity-backed EisnerAmper is comprised of EisnerAmper LLP, a CPA firm that provides client attest services, and Eisner Advisory Group LLC, an alternative practice structure that provides business advisory and non-attest services in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and codes of conduct.
The accounting firm’s combined entities include approximately 475 partners and 4,700 employees.
