Recent Career Highlights

– Launched my new metric for happiness at work called the Fulfillment ROI with a keynote on how to achieve it. Played the violin on stage for the first time with this keynote.
– Launched the B3 Disconnect to Connect Retreat in the Spring and the Fall
– Spoke at 40 Conferences, Retreats or Virtual Conferences, in addition to webinars on CPA Academy
– Ran 3 CAS and Tax Advisory Masterminds to help Firms build their Advisory Strategy
– Recorded the 175th episode of my Breaking Beliefs Podcast
– Was a member of the AICPA Council for Ohio and attended events. Brought my son Austin that is an accounting major to the DC meeting and he helped with the advocacy meetings on the Hill.
– I was a Board Member for Analytix Solutions and became an advisor for N2T2, a new AI Capacity Scheduling solution for firms.
– Taught yoga at conferences and launched Chair Yoga breaks for Rightworks on a weekly basis.
Professional Outreach
We provide wellness and mindfulness help to our followers on social media and our newsletter throughout the year. Out mission is to help more people find fulfillment at work and personally. We also contribute leadership and technology advice through our articles in CPA Practice Advisor and Accounting Today on a monthly basis. Additionally, I contribute through board work, AICPA volunteerism, and relationships in the FinTech industry that directly affect the clients and followers that we work with.
