Online bookkeeping service Bookkeeper360 announced Dec. 11 the launch of its iOS and Android mobile and web application featuring Business Optimization Learning Technology (BOLT), an artificial intelligence-powered virtual CFO.
The platform integrates with QuickBooks, Xero, and Gusto to deliver real-time financial insights, actionable intelligence through visual dashboards, and personalized guidance, the Woodbury, NY-based company said in a media release.
Business owners can communicate directly with their accountant, track projects in real-time, and receive push notifications for critical financial alerts.

“Business owners are drowning in financial data but starving for insights,” Nick Pasquarosa, founder and CEO of Bookkeeper360, said in a statement. “We built this app to bridge that gap. BOLT delivers instant intelligence for everyday decisions while our expert accountants provide guidance when situations get complex, giving clients the best of both worlds.”
“Bookkeeper360 is a prime example of how our ecosystem partners are leveraging Xero’s robust platform to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions,” added Andrew Kanzer, managing director of North America at Xero. “We know from our research that U.S. businesses are eager for AI, but they need trusted advisors to help them navigate it safely. Solutions like BOLT deliver that confidence while handling the operational heavy lifting. This allows business owners to shift from day-to-day management to strategic oversight.”
At the center of the platform is BOLT, an AI-powered virtual CFO that continuously monitors a business’s financial health and alerts management to critical changes. BOLT identifies cash flow risks before they become problems, estimates tax liabilities, and tracks revenue trends in real-time.
Business owners can interact with BOLT through a natural conversational interface, asking questions like “How’s my cash flow?” and receive instant, comprehensive insights.
