Austin, TX-based accounting and advisory firm DK Partners has joined Carr, Riggs & Ingram (CRI) in a deal that grows the top 25 firm’s presence in the Lone Star State.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
This is Enterprise, AL-based CRI’s fifth merger transaction since it received private equity funding from investment management firm Centerbridge Partners and venture capital firm Bessemer Venture Partners in November 2024. CRI combined with Indianapolis-based top 200 CPA firm CapinCrouse earlier this year, Lufkin, TX-based CPA firm Axley & Rode in June, San Antonio-based Williams Steinert Mask CPAs in September, and Florence, AL-based Abroms & Associates in late October.
