Orem, UT-based top 200 accounting firm Squire has acquired fellow Utah CPA firm HintonBurdick, which also has offices in Arizona and Nevada, in a deal that becomes official on Jan. 1, 2026.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Squire said in a Dec. 4 media release that the acquisition strengthens its position as one of the largest CPA firms in the state while providing HintonBurdick with expanded resources and additional support for continued growth.

Founded in 1975, St. George, UT-based HintonBurdick is a full-service accounting firm that provides tax preparation, tax planning, audit and assurance, and business advisory services.
