Stephanie Plaza is an Associate Director and lead product manager for Small Firm Tax at Wolters Kluwer. She has worked in the tax software development and financial products industry for more than 15 years. During her tenure in the tax industry, Ms. Plaza has worked closely with The Council for Electronic Revenue Communication Advancement (CERCA) and more recently the American Coalition for Taxpayers Rights (ACTR). Through CERCA, she has worked closely with the IRS on taxpayer experience and digital services.

Gina Reed, born and raised in Wichita, KS, has dedicated 10 years to Wolters Kluwer, where she has excelled in multiple roles across Q/A, Support, Training and Consulting, and pre-sales. Currently servinginag as a Solution Architect in the Mid-Market Division, Gina provides vital pre-sales technical support to a team of solution consultants and delivers tailored product presentations. She is committed to ensuring clients fully optimize their existing software solutions while staying ahead with emerging technologies. Gina holds a B.S. in Computer Science and has earned certifications in Software Development.
