Tascher joins CohnReznick as Florida Market Leader
CohnReznick, a leading professional services firm, recently announced that Mike Tascher has joined as Florida Market Leader and Assurance Partner. Based in Tampa, Tascher has three decades of experience providing auditing and accounting advisory services across multiple industries. In addition to his client service role, Tascher will lead the firm’s expansion in Florida, including opening a new office location in Tampa to support the growing team in the Tampa Bay metropolitan area.
Tascher has extensive experience leading engagements delivering assurance and advisory services to clients across various industries including real estate operating companies and REITs, hospitality and retail, private equity (including portfolio companies) and investment funds, hospitality, and non-bank credit and specialty lending, among other industries. He has worked with both SEC-registered clients and private mid-market companies, bringing clear communication, transparency, and trust to engagements. Tascher’s client service approach combines technical expertise with a collaborative style that prioritizes relationships.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Tascher served as the office managing partner for a Big Four firm, overseeing more than 400 audit, tax and advisory professionals in a major market. Tascher earned a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland – College Park. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida, Virginia, and Maryland and is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).

Forvis Mazars announces three new Governing Board members
Forvis Mazars, LLP, ranked among the largest public accounting and consulting firms in the United States, recently announced the addition of Keith Giddens, Tammy Rivera, and Caleb Vuljanic to the U.S. Governing Board, effective November 1.
Giddens, Rivera, and Vuljanic, all managing partners at Forvis Mazars, were elected by their fellow partners to serve three-year terms on the board, which is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the firm.
- Keith Giddens is the managing partner for Tax Specialty Services. He previously served as the managing partner of the firm’s Charlotte, North Carolina, office and has served in other leadership roles for Forvis Mazars in Washington, D.C., and Greenville, South Carolina. He has extensive experience serving clients as a tax partner and has driven significant revenue and headcount growth throughout his tenure with the firm.
- Tammy Rivera is the managing partner of the Colorado-Salt Lake practice unit, which consists of more than 200 team members in the Denver, Colorado Springs, and Salt Lake City markets. She has over 20 years of experience providing assurance and consulting services to various healthcare entities, including governmental and nonprofit hospitals, mental health centers, private equity-backed companies, foundations, and case management organizations.
- Caleb Vuljanic serves as the Metro D.C. managing partner. He also provides various assurance services to clients in the technology, private equity, and professional services industries. Prior to his Metro D.C. role, he was a member of the firm’s professional standards group, where he was a technical resource for complex accounting and auditing matters.

BRG Welcomes Jennifer Wren as Associate Director in Global Construction Practice
BRG, a global management consulting firm recently announced that Jennifer Wren recently joined the firm’s Global Construction practice as an associate director. Based in Atlanta, she will advise clients on construction-related disputes, including claims analysis, financial damages, and fraud investigations arising from complex commercial projects.
Ms. Wren brings more than twenty-five years of experience in forensic accounting and data analysis, with a focus on resolving high-stakes financial challenges in the construction sector. Known for her work on high-stakes matters involving fraud and financial damages, she helps organizations resolve complex financial challenges and mitigate losses amid today’s volatile construction landscape. Her insights have helped result in the resolution of multimillion-dollar disputes and mitigate large losses for clients.
Drawing on her background in forensic accounting and claims analysis, Ms. Wren specializes in evaluating allegations of fraud, analyzing cost and delay claims, and preparing detailed financial reporting to support complex litigation.
