Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting said Oct. 15 that it has launched Expert AI, an enhancement to its cloud-native platform, CCH Axcess, which brings advanced intelligence into the flow of work, unifying tax, audit, and firm management with a digital core.
“Expert AI introduces a new era for tax and accounting professionals. By integrating intelligence across tax, audit, and firm management within CCH Axcess, we’re enabling our customers to move faster, make smarter decisions, and deliver greater value to their clients—all with the confidence that comes from trusted, explainable AI and a seamless experience that enhances both operations and outcomes,” Cathy Rowe, senior vice president and segment leader, US Professional Market of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America, said in a statement.
At the heart of this launch is CCH Axcess Intelligence, the first module in the CCH Axcess platform powered by Expert AI. This solution builds on the conversational experience introduced in CCH AnswerConnect earlier this year, now embedded directly into the workflow to support contextual research, Q&A, and content generation. By integrating these capabilities into CCH Axcess, professionals benefit from a unified experience that connects prior innovations with new, platform-native intelligence, the company says.
