Recent Career Highlights
Over the past year, I have focused on scaling Simandhar Education into a globally recognised finance education brand while driving innovation in learning. We strengthened our positioning as India’s leading partner for US CPA, CMA, and EA programs through strategic collaborations and improved student outcomes.
We introduced CAAP (Certification in AI Accounting & Analytics) to prepare students for the future of finance, along with structured training in AI tools and real-world applications. We also launched practical US Tax training modules to bridge the gap between academics and industry.
A key innovation has been AI Sripal, an AI-powered assistant enabling 24×7 doubt resolution for students. Additionally, we established the Simandhar Incubation Centre & Startup Consulting Club, empowering students to build their own firms and entrepreneurial journeys.
We also expanded corporate tie-ups and hosted large-scale CFO events, impacting thousands of learners across India.
Outreach Beyond Company:
Beyond business, I am deeply committed to student transformation and ethical leadership. I actively create content and conduct sessions to guide students on global finance careers, discipline, and mental well-being. Through initiatives such as AI education, practical training, and entrepreneurship support, I aim to make students future-ready. I also advocate values-based leadership inspired by Jain principles, promoting a balance between ambition and inner peace. My vision is to build not just successful professionals, but responsible leaders who contribute meaningfully to society.
