Career Highlights
The past year has marked a period of strong global growth for KNAV, as the firm continued to scale its service offerings and expand its presence across key international markets. Personally, I focused on leading audits and advisory engagements for large private and public companies, including multinational organizations with multi‑billion‑dollar revenues, delivering consistent quality under U.S. GAAS and PCAOB standards. I also supported companies preparing for public listings by strengthening audit readiness, financial reporting discipline, and regulatory alignment.
A key area of emphasis was advancing audit quality and scalability across the firm. I helped drive the thoughtful adoption of AI‑enabled capabilities to improve consistency, efficiency, and documentation discipline across audits and advisory engagements. In parallel, I continued to build and mentor globally integrated teams across the U.S. and India, enabling KNAV to deliver Big‑Firm rigor through a mid‑sized firm platform while supporting the firm’s continued global growth and long‑term client trust. During last year, I was also recognized with the ICAI 40 Under 40 award for contributions to the accounting profession.
What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community or the world?
Beyond my firm, I am actively engaged in advancing the accounting profession through standard‑setting, education, and mentorship. As a member of the AICPA’s Accounting and Review Services Committee, I contribute to the development and interpretation of standards affecting small and mid‑sized firms. I regularly speak at professional conferences, publish technical and thought‑leadership articles, and mentor emerging professionals across geographies. A key focus of my outreach has been helping firms strengthen audit quality and adopt practical, scalable approaches to complex accounting and assurance challenges, while supporting the development of globally integrated talent and future leaders in the profession.
