What are you doing outside of your company to make a difference in the profession, your community, the world?
This year, my work has extended far beyond building scalable global teams—it’s been about driving the profession toward a modernized, corporate operating model. I’ve focused on all facets of practice management, with a particular emphasis on staffing strategies, including the transformative impact of AI on workforce dynamics in the accounting profession.
Through speaking engagements, advisory sessions, webinars, and industry collaborations, I actively share best practices to help firms rethink growth strategies. My passion lies in empowering independent firms to stay competitive by strengthening operational foundations, enhancing leadership readiness, and providing actionable tools that minimize trial-and-error. My goal is to help firms build sustainable capacity solutions that foster staff development while maintaining exceptional client service quality.
