Recent Career Highlights
I’m really proud of the past year. Our customer base now spans 23+ countries, we brought on some incredible new team members, built new powerful integrations, and shipped Version 8.0 – the culmination of a multi-year rebuild of our entire platform. It was a big bet, and our team worked tirelessly, so seeing it come together for our customers has been incredibly rewarding.
What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community, the world?
Running one of the profession’s fastest-growing, independent, self-funded software companies doesn’t leave a lot of spare time. I care deeply about our customers’ success and try to show that in tangible ways.
That looks like personally sitting down with individual firms, listening to their challenges, digging into their data, and walking through tailored recommendations to improve their engagement performance.
I also stay closely involved in the product, where those conversations directly shape what we build next. We’re obsessed with building.
Beyond that, I’ve been fortunate to share ideas through panels, podcasts, and conferences on topics like AI readiness, client experience, and where the profession is heading.
What are you currently reading/listening to that improves your professional development?
At the moment, I’m enjoying Invent & Wander: The Collected Writings of Jeff Bezos. The last two podcasts I obsessively recommended were (1) Head of Claude Code: What happens after coding is solved | Boris Cherny and (2) the Jan 30, 2026, All In podcast on Clawdbot.
