Top 10 accounting firm Forvis Mazars US is expanding its presence in the healthcare consulting market with the addition of The Innova Group, effective March 1.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. Through this acquisition, Forvis Mazars is adding nine executives, nearly 50 professionals, and a new office in Tucson, AZ. Innova employees in the Austin, TX, Chicago, and Dallas markets will join existing Forvis Mazars locations.
Founded in 1995 and based in Austin, Innova is a healthcare consulting firm that advises hospitals and health systems nationwide, including those sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, Veterans Health Administration, and Indian Health Service.
Forvis Mazars officials say this strategic acquisition expands the firm’s healthcare consulting platform and positions it to serve clients with even more depth and reach.
