Bend, OR-based Capstone Accounting and Tax said Feb. 9 it has added Peltier, Gustafson & Miller, expanding its presence into the growing New Mexico market.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
This is Capstone’s first M&A deal of 2026 after making several last year, following an outside investment from San Diego-based private equity firm Seaside Equity Partners in April.

The leaders of PGM will continue their practices as partners within Capstone.
