Recent Career Highlights

- Continuing to grow our programs despite an ever-challenging environment
As President & CEO of NABA, my outreach spans the entire accounting profession. We engage directly with firms, universities, corporations, and industry associations to drive systemic change. I lead national efforts to diversify the pipeline through initiatives like ACAP, CPA Bound, CAN Apprenticeship, and WILL, which provide early exposure, practical experience, and leadership development to thousands of students and professionals annually.
I also serve as a speaker, advisor, and connector across the profession, collaborating with leaders at major accounting firms, academic institutions, and corporate finance teams to champion equitable access, inclusive hiring, and culturally responsive mentorship. Through this work, I aim to expand opportunity, influence industry practice, and help shape a more representative profession for the next generation.
