Deloitte & Touche LLP, US

Career Highlights
- Over the past year, we have remained committed to a strategic investment strategy for our Audit & Assurance business, focusing on embedding transformative technologies—such as GenAI, agentic AI, and innovative methodologies—into our processes. Notably, in July of this year, we announced an expansion of our suite of GenAI and agentic AI capabilities within Omnia, our global cloud-based audit platform. While driving these advancements is important, I’m especially proud of how our people’s technical skills and deep industry experience have made a real difference. It’s our team’s dedication, adaptability, and collaboration that truly sets us apart and enables us to deliver sustained quality and impact.
- Our practice’s commitment to a quality-first culture rooted in integrity, earning us the distinction of leading the U.S. public company market share. This reflects the trust organizations place in our people, standards, and underscores our role in enhancing stakeholder confidence in the capital markets.
- I authored a forward-looking point of view for audit committee chairs, Audit Committee Chair of the Future, bringing together insights from across the profession to equip one of the most influential cohorts in accounting with practical guidance and strategic perspective. This work helped to raise industry-wide awareness of the increasingly complex and high-stakes role played by audit committees. By elevating the voice of audit committee leaders, this report illustrated the future of governance leadership to help organizations anticipate and navigate emerging risks, and reinforce the importance of agility, and proactive oversight in a dynamic business environment.
- Describe your outreach in the accounting profession beyond your own firm
I frequently share my perspective at major industry forums, through collaborations with organizations like the Center for Audit Quality, and as a published author—for example, my recent op-ed helped elevate the conversation about accounting’s broader impact.
I’m dedicated to developing future leaders: I mentor and connect with students and faculty on university campuses each year. In 2025, I was on campus at the University of Texas at Austin, and was named to Lehigh University’s Board of Trustees.
Additionally, I stay closely engaged with regulators, helping navigate and shape our profession in a rapidly changing environment.
