Tse Joins CohnReznick as Assurance Partner

CohnReznick, a leading professional services firm, recently announced that Milton Tse has joined as an Assurance Partner. Based in the firm’s new San Francisco office, Tse brings more than 25 years of experience providing audit and advisory services to public and private companies in the technology and manufacturing sectors.

With a strong track record of managing complex domestic and international engagements, Tse’s technical expertise spans areas such as software revenue recognition, business combinations, and complex financial equity instruments. Tse has extensive experience supporting public companies with SEC filings and securities offerings and advising midsize organizations on strengthening their financial control environments.

Tse also provides comprehensive risk assessments and implements robust internal controls to help companies mitigate financial and operational risks. He is committed to driving innovation and operational excellence, having modernized audit practices by integrating advanced technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Tse served as an Audit Partner at a major professional services firm. In this role, he oversaw all phases of audit engagements and led integrated audits for both SEC-registered and private companies. He holds a B.B.A. degree and is an active member of the AICPA (USA) and CPA (Canada).

Cuvelier Joins CohnReznick as Transaction Advisory Services Partner

CohnReznick, a leading professional services firm, recently announced that Sebastien Cuvelier has joined as Transaction Advisory Services Partner. As a strategic finance and M&A executive, Cuvelier has more than 25 years of global experience advising Fortune 1000 companies and private equity firms across industries including software, technology, telecom, consumer, and healthcare.

Cuvelier’s expertise spans buy-side and sell-side diligence, post-merger integration, carve-outs, financial modeling, IPO readiness, cash optimization, and internal control implementation. He has advised on more than 500 global M&A transactions ranging in value from $10M to $10B. Cuvelier is well-recognized for his ability to drive value creation while serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite and private equity leaders and boards.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Cuvelier launched and led the M&A practice for a major professional services firm. Additional prior experience includes has more than 15 years of Big Four experience. Cuvelier holds a master’s degree in finance & accounting (DESCF & DECF) and a Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable (French Chartered Accountant) and is a CPA in New Hampshire. Reichardt Joins CohnReznick as State and Local Tax Practice Leader

CohnReznick, a leading professional services firm, recently announced that Jaime Reichardt has joined its team as Partner and the new State and Local Tax (SALT) Practice Leader. As an experienced SALT attorney and advisor, Reichardt joins CohnReznick with extensive leadership and multi-state tax experience. A recognized industry thought leader, he provides strategic counsel and insight to clients and colleagues on a wide range of state and local tax matters.

Reichardt has a deep understanding of the state and local tax ramifications resulting from proposed transactions; residency and domicile changes; income and sales tax nexus analyses; and apportionment and revenue sourcing methodologies for income, gross receipts, franchise, and sales taxes. His broad expertise includes realty transfer taxes and potential relocations or expansions, associated analysis and negotiation of potential incentives, and required compliance and certifications.  

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Reichardt oversaw the state and local tax practice for a major firm’s Mid-Atlantic region, including the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia offices. In this role, he advised firm leadership, clients, and tax professionals on significant legal, regulatory, and judicial developments, helping to shape firm policies for tax reporting and compliance. In addition, Reichardt litigated multistate controversies with several large national law firms and served as a state tax lobbyist and tax policy advisor to a State Treasurer.

Reichardt earned a J.D. with a concentration in taxation from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, an LL.M. in Taxation from Loyola Law School, and a B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University. He is a member and active participant of the New Jersey Business and Industry Association and State Chamber of Commerce Tax Policy Committees. He is also a member of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Philadelphia Bar Association’s State and Local Tax Section, Bucks County Economic Development Corporation, and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Accountants.

Andrew Griggs begins tenure as Chairman of the Kreston Global Board

Whitley Penn Celebrates the Career of Larry Autrey

Whitley Penn Executive Chairman and former Chief Executive Officer, Larry Autrey, recently announced his retirement effective December 31, 2025, marking the conclusion of a distinguished career spanning more than three decades in the accounting profession.

Autrey joined Whitley Penn in 1995 and served as CEO for over 20 years before transitioning to Executive Chairman in 2025. Under his leadership, the firm grew from 50 employees to nearly 900, expanded to nine offices across Texas and New Mexico, and completed more than a dozen strategic acquisitions, solidifying Whitley Penn’s position as one of the top firms in the Southwest.

Throughout his tenure, Autrey championed innovation, client service, and community engagement. He was instrumental in shaping Whitley Penn’s culture of excellence and mentoring future leaders, including current Chief Executive Officer, Nathen McEown, and Chief Operating Officer, Toby Cotton.

Autrey’s contributions extend beyond the firm. He has served on numerous boards, including Cook Children’s Hospital, Texas Land Conservancy, and ACH Child & Family Services, and has been recognized among D CEO’s Dallas 500, as a Distinguished Alumni Citation recipient by Abilene Christian University, and as CPA of the Year by the Texas Society of CPAs.
