Top 20 accounting firm Eide Bailly will officially expand to Virginia on Dec. 8 when it combines with Norfolk-based CPA firm Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
This latest move marks two milestones for Fargo, ND-based Eide Bailly: its first office in Virginia and its official arrival on the East Coast.
The firm currently has offices in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Washington.

Eide Bailly’s last M&A deal was this past June when it added Traner Smith, an Edmonds, WA-based accounting firm.
