Mathieu Stevenson joined SafeSend in 2024. He spent the early part of his career at McKinsey & Company, focused on technology and financial services, where he served one of the Big 4 tax and accounting firms. Since then, he has held senior leadership roles at several high growth companies, including TaxAct and Avantax. Most recently he served as CEO of Snagajob, the largest software enabled marketplace for hourly work.  Mathieu lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and three sons.

Shannon Jencks leads the sales revenue efforts at SafeSend, serving as educator, coach, and cheerleader. Her goal is simple – empower clients with the knowledge and tools needed to automate the client touchpoints around the tax engagement process and reduce their work. Before joining SafeSend, Shannon worked with alliantgroup, helping businesses and their CPAs identify government-sponsored tax credits and incentives.

She has taught introductory accounting and personal finance courses, and she is a former computer applications instructor at the Indiana CPA Society. Gail is a member of the AICPA’s PFS Credential Committee.
