Marsico Financial Group Adds Care Accounting in Pennsylvania

Pittsburgh-area accounting and financial advisory services firm Marsico Financial has acquired Care Accounting, a firm based in Beaver Falls, PA.

Valencia, PA-based accounting and financial advisory services firm Marsico Financial Group has acquired Care Accounting, a firm based in Beaver Falls, PA.

Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. The combined firm will have more than double the number of employees, now at 17.

Marsico Financial’s small business financial reporting, bookkeeping, and payroll services expand Care Accounting’s offerings. Clients of Care Accounting will benefit from Marsico Financial’s financial advisory services, including personal financial planning, estate planning, and elder care.

“As we approach our 50th anniversary of serving the Pittsburgh area, this acquisition strengthens our offering and brings our resources and services to clients in the Beaver area,” Marsico Financial President Christopher Marsico said in a statement.

Founded in 1976, Marsico Financial provides the following services to clients:

  • Small business accounting
  • Audits
  • Bank financing
  • New business formation
  • Succession planning
  • Tax preparation and planning

“Leveraging these additional services and the expertise of the Marsico Financial team to benefit our clients will enable them to have more of their financial life managed by one comprehensive team,” said Scott Care, president of Care Accounting.

Marsico Financial’s services are geared toward business owners, independent professionals, and executives.

Scott Care did my 2024 taxes. I assumed they were sent via internet. I never received any paper work what was sent and the amount of my refund of $837 that was deposited into my checking account. I just need a hard copy to prove what was sent. Please send it via the post office. Thank you. Cynthia.
