The National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) has launched a new blog, an alternate way for tax professionals and taxpayers to find important tax-related information.

The blog will cover a variety of topics, including industry updates, how-tos and frequently asked questions. In the interest of tax professionals, NATP will use this new online communication to share association news, including membership benefits and upcoming courses. The blog will also be an outlet to provide general tax education, like how to be proactive about cybersecurity and how to prepare for the upcoming tax season.

“Our blog is another means for us to provide important tax information to the professionals we serve. Not only do we address topics tax pros want to know more about, but we also include some articles that appeal to taxpayers, too,” said NATP Executive Director Scott Artman. “Whether it be providing up-to-date news and events or quick tips, our blog is a great option for receiving timely tax information.”

The NATP blog is regularly updated with new content, including the weekly “You make the call” quiz posts that is a long-time favorite feature of the association’s TAXPRO Weekly email newsletter included with membership. Visit blog.natptax.com to browse all the articles.
