Track 1099 contains an intuitive user interface as well as a variety of dashboards and summary screens that provide detailed information about all entered forms, including form type, postal or email delivery, and scheduled file date. The All Payers dashboard provides users with an overview of all activity and current status, including Total Forms, IRS Status, and Recipient E-Delivery and Recipient Mail Delivery status and allows accounting firms to assign clients to firm employees. Users can enter payer and recipient information manually, or for those with a high number of forms to be processed, import data from a variety of sources.

Track 1099 supports all common year-end compliance forms, including 1042-S, 1094/1095-C, 1097-BTC, 1098, 1098-C, 1098-E, 1098-Q, 1098-T, 1099-A, 1099-B, 1099-C, 1099-CAP, 1099-DIV, 1099-G, 1099-H, 1099-INT, 1099-K, 1099-LTC, 1099-MISC, 1099-OID, 1099-PATR, 1099-Q, 1099-R, 1099-S, 1099-SA, 3921, 3922, 5498, 5498-ESA, 5498-SA, W-2/2C, W-2G.

The product will also e-file 1099’s to the appropriate state using the combined federal and state program. Users can also download state e-files for a variety of states, but the program will not submit to any state.

TIN Match capability is available and accounting firms can take advantage of the matching service by simply clicking on the All Companies link and submitting a file which includes all recipients.

Track 1099 stores data from previous years, with users able to access the data easily. The product uses electronic delivery for most of its forms, with users able to print forms directly from the electronic file if desired.
