Career Highlights
Over the past year, I’ve made it a priority to grow beyond my technical skillset and develop into a more well-rounded advisor. Having started my career in tax and audit services, a meaningful milestone in that journey was earning my Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential, which has allowed me to expand into business valuation and transaction advisory services; broadening the ways I’m able to support clients.

Within the firm, I’ve taken an active role in both staff development and recruitment, with a particular focus on our intern training programs. Having the opportunity to be part of someone’s professional development, and watching them grow in both technical ability and confidence, is something I find truly rewarding. I also contribute to the profession as a member of the NJCPA’s Emerging Leaders Council, an opportunity that has further shaped how I think about leadership early in my career.

What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community or the world?

I am committed to fortifying the accounting pipeline through advocacy, mentorship, and community building. Through my firm and the NJCPA, I’ve connected with students at college career fairs, spoken at high schools, and participated in events that bring the profession to life for the next generation. As a mentor through the Rutgers Road to CPA and NJCPA scholarship programs, I’ve supported students navigating their academic journeys into their first professional steps. I’m also an active member of our firm’s WeBelong Committee which focuses on fostering a work environment that welcomes and celebrates both inclusivity and new perspectives.
