Over the past year, Kelly has continued to scale her firm while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency, technology, and client experience. Her firm is set to join the 7-figure club for 2026, while supporting others in the industry and raising her young children, in 5 short years! She has further niched into professional service-based businesses, providing concierge-level tax and advisory services that emphasize education, cash flow management, and sustainable growth. Kelly has also worked closely with other accounting firms across the country to help modernize their operations through technology and workflow improvements. In addition, she has expanded her thought leadership through her mastermind, Fiscal Minds, a free group that meets monthly and provides support to other accountants and firm owners of all shapes and sizes.
