My impact spans the profession at all levels: I’m currently developing a program focused specifically on middle managers, launching in summer/fall 2026. Stay tuned!
- Individual level: I coach high-achieving professionals in accounting to earn more, get promoted faster, and have a career they can actually enjoy outside their office hours. Clients have secured faster promotions, increased compensation, and regained control over their time.
- Firm level: I consult with firms to keep their best people from leaving by installing healthier, more sustainable ways of working. This includes improving how teams manage workload, communicate boundaries, and operate during peak periods so performance stays high without burning people out.
- Profession level: I partnered with the AICPA to author a Burnout Prevention Toolkit, introduced on an AICPA Town Hall to 15,000+ professionals. It equips both individuals and firms with practical tools to manage stress early, reduce burnout risk, and take action before performance or retention is impacted.
What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community or the world?
Beyond my company, I’m focused on modeling a different way of living and working, especially for high-performing women. There is a level of stress, urgency, and overwhelm that has been normalized not just in the profession, but in everyday life, and it’s impacting how people show up at work, at home, and in their communities.
As a new mom and business owner, I’m intentional about living and leading in a way that prioritizes calm, clarity, and sustainability. Through my work and how I show up day-to-day, I aim to demonstrate that success, presence, and well-being can coexist without constant pressure or sacrifice.
