Career Highlights
The past year has been the most defining of my career. In February 2025, I helped co-found Veridian Accountants & Advisors alongside four partners, making the deliberate decision to step away from a private equity-backed national firm to build an independent firm grounded in people, culture, and long-term relationships.
Since launch, we’ve retained 100% of our clients and team while achieving 10% growth—an outcome I’m incredibly proud of in our first year.
I lead the firm’s Audit Practice while also overseeing growth strategy, marketing, and quality control, with a focus on modernizing how we deliver value through technology and process improvements. I’ve also prioritized mentoring and recruiting young professionals, helping build a collaborative, forward-thinking team positioned for the future of the profession.
What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community or the world?
Giving back is a core part of who I am. I stay actively involved in the profession through FICPA roundtables, speaking opportunities, and by mentoring students through university recruiting efforts. I enjoy connecting with young professionals and helping them navigate the early stages of their careers.
Outside the profession, I serve as Board Treasurer of Uplift Literacy and as Past Chair and current Board Member of The WOW Center, supporting adults with developmental disabilities—a cause that’s deeply personal to me.

Accounting Today and Going Concern are publications I read often. Books that made a significant impact in my career are “How to Bring in New Partners” by Marc Rosenberg and Atomic Habits by James Clear.
