The Information Technology Alliance (ITA), an association of accounting firms, technology professionals, consultants and product/service providers in North America, has announced the addition of several new members. The organization is meeting this week in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, for the annual ITA Spring Collaborative.

The new members include:

  • BlumShapiro, the largest regional certified public accounting, tax and business consulting firm based in New England. The firm’s technology consulting practice, led by Jim Clarkson, joined the ITA as a Consulting and Reselling member, and will be attending the Spring Collaborative.
  • Boyer and Associates, rejoining the ITA as a Consulting and Reselling member. Boyer and Associates is an award-winning Microsoft solution provider, helping small- and mid-size businesses throughout the Midwest implement and support cost-effective ERP financial management solutions.
  • Conarc, offering powerful, customized software solutions, including the following: iChannel, the company’s flagship content collaboration software product; a customer relationship management (CRM) product; and many finance and accounting database products. Conarc attended the Fall Collaborative as a non-member registrant and has joined the ITA as an Affinity Partner.
  • Joseph Eve CPAs technology consulting practice, with three office locations in Montana and one in Utah. The firm is a leading provider of Intacct and Abila MIP solutions, and also offers a full range of IT management consulting services.

“We’re truly pleased to announce this impressive list of new members who will add their knowledge and experience to the ITA’s already rich pool of accounting and technology expertise,” said Stan Mork, ITA President. “Each of them made the decision to join ITA, in part because they not only recognize the ITA as a premier networking organization for firms who focus on the SMB marketplace, but also value the ITA’s enduring relevance in the accounting and consulting technology sector.”

These new member firms will be introduced to the ITA membership at the opening session of the ITA Spring Collaborative, May 3-5, 2015, at the Sawgrass Marriott in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Approximately 250 ITA members are expected to participate in this event and continue to deliver on ITA’s value proposition that “Knowledge increases in value when shared.”
