A roundup of professionals in the tax and accounting profession that have changed jobs and/or been promoted.

BST Announces Series of Staff Promotions and Additions
BST, a NY financial and management consulting firm, recently announced several promotions and additions to its staff. Ann DeLucco and Nicole Maresca were promoted to senior associates in the accounting and auditing department. Kimberly Wright was promoted to manager in the tax department. Scott M. DeMarco was promoted to partner and Thomas Hensel and Jessica McCloud were promoted to senior analysts in the valuation, forensic and litigation support department. Lauryn Donovan, CPA and Charles Lee, CPA both joined the accounting and auditing department as an associate and senior associate, respectively. Robert Brown joined as an analyst in the valuation, forensic and litigation support department.

Bergman, Schraier Promotes Staff
Bergman, Schraier & Co. P.C., an accounting firm in St. Louis, recently promoted Wendy Shireman and Ellen Norrenberns to principal and Rebecca Kibler to supervisor. Shireman previously served as tax department manager and has more than 12 years of taxation experience in the areas of year-end planning, consulting, and preparation of returns. Shireman is the author of several articles and columns appearing in The Asset, St. Louis Business Journal, and St. Louis Post-Dispatch. She’s a volunteer for several non-profit organizations and serves on the Missouri Society of CPAs’ taxation committee. Shireman graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Huntingdon College.

Norrenberns helped numerous non-profit organizations and businesses with audits, consulting, financial statement analyses, financial reporting, internal control recommendations, income tax planning, controllership and training. She is also an accounting firm peer reviewer and volunteer with several not-for-profit boards and committees. Norrenberns graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

Kibler specializes in individual, business and fiduciary income tax. She volunteers as a CPA mentor to MSCPA students and CPA candidate members. Kibler received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri – Saint Louis. 

Rodman & Rodman P.C. Names New Audit Manager
Rodman & Rodman, P.C., an accounting, tax and business services firm, recently promoted Dawn Patterson, CPA to audit manager. In her new role, Patterson will oversee a variety of compliance matters for both profit and non-profit client organizations. She will also provide tax planning and other accounting services to businesses. Patterson holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in accounting degrees from Bryant College.
