PwC US Names Julianne Inozemcev Partner in Risk Assurance Practice

Inozemcev to Expand PwC's Northeast Third Party Assurance Services in Financial Sector, as well as Healthcare and Technology Industries

PwC US has named Julianne Inozemcev a partner in its expanding Risk Assurance Services practice. Based in Boston, she will drive the Third Party Assurance (TPA) services and other risk assurance offerings, such as audit support and internal audit, focusing primarily on financial services companies in the Northeast market, including Boston, Hartford and Albany.

Inozemcev will also focus on other industries, such as technology and healthcare, leveraging her deep experience in financial services, TPA and technology risk and controls to provide quality service and solutions to clients in the marketplace.

Inozemcev comes to PwC after 11 years at Ernst & Young where she served as a partner since 2005 and most recently worked as the IT Risk & Assurance Banking & Asset Management leader for their financial services practice in Boston.

Among her recent projects, she was responsible for financial audit support, regulatory/legal compliance reporting and controls, risk transformation, global outsourcing and business/IT process and controls design and implementation. Inozemcev returns to PwC where she previously functioned as a manager in Operational & Systems Risk Management.

“Julianne is a results-driven financial services specialist who brings over 17 years of combined audit and advisory experience and expert knowledge of asset servicing, alternative/traditional investments and the retail banking industry,” said Dean Simone, leader of PwC’s U.S. Risk Assurance practice. “She is well versed in international and domestic regulations impacting information technology processes and controls and her unique skill sets will greatly benefit our clients and our practice.”  

Inozemcev is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara where she earned her B.A. in Business Economics with an accounting emphasis. She is a CPA in the states of California, Massachusetts and New York as well as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP). Inozemcev is an active American Red Cross Tiffany member and is involved with 100 Women in Hedge Funds.
