CCH Small Firm Services Named a Top Technology Employer

KENNESAW, GA., March 2011– CCH Small Firms Services (SFS), a Wolters
Kluwer business, has been named as one of Atlanta’s Top 25 Technology
Employers by Atlanta Business Chronicle.

SFS was recognized as the 22nd largest metro-Atlanta based technology employer
in the February 18th edition of the Atlanta Business Chronicle, a weekly publication
of American City Business Journals, Inc. This award comes on the heels of SFS’s
inclusion in the 26th annual edition of the Book of Lists, a local compilation
of facts, figures and information on Atlanta’s top companies.

“We’re pleased to be in the greater Atlanta area and to be included
among the top 25 technology employers,” said Jeff Gramlich, president
of SFS. “Our goal is to be both the professional’s first choice
for tax and accounting software, and the employer of choice for talented people
who want to be part of a dynamic and cohesive team and work for an exciting
and growing company.”

SFS employs over 500 individuals ranging from software developers to support
representatives. In August 2010, SFS opened its new, state-of-the-art headquarters
in Kennesaw, GA, consolidating two existing locations and bringing together
400 employees. Two offices currently in Fort Pierce, Florida, and Caribou, Maine,
will transition to the Kennesaw headquarters this spring and next spring 2012,
respectively.

Atlanta’s Top Technology Employers and Book of Lists are produced by
